Job summary

PA Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales, provide product support, and generate quotes both in person and over the phone.

You will handle pricing, order placement, and delivery coordination while maintaining stock levels and building professional customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in building material industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, quotes, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter orders, returns, price lists, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate purchases and deliveries for special products and pricing.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve billing issues and close out orders with customers.
