Job summary

Arizona Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers with product selection, quotes, and order coordination. You will provide product dimension information and assist outside sales reps in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include generating sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of building material industry experience with basic product knowledge required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work orders, credit returns, return authorizations, pick tickets, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing specs, uses and availability.
• Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders and resolve outstanding issues; solve billing problems and compile data for closing.
• Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and special price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
