Job summary

Arizona Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales representatives. This role includes quotes, pricing details, and coordination of deliveries both in person and by phone.

You will respond to inquiries, generate orders, maintain stock levels, and foster strong customer relationships while ensuring accurate documentation and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work order, credit return, return authorization, pick ticket, and service request; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
• Manage schedules for project by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers.
• Maintains stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Check on back orders and resolve any outstanding issues; solve billing problems and compile data for closing.
• Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and special price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
