Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers, provide product quotes and dimension information, and assist outside sales representatives.

You will respond to inquiries, initiate calls to generate sales, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. This role requires 1–3 years in building materials or inside sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry preferred.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and deliveries/installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales reps; enter work orders and related paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; gather pricing/spec information.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Check back orders; resolve issues; assist with pricing and special price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
