Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers, providing product information, quotes, and pricing details both in person and over the phone.

You will initiate calls to generate sales, enter orders and service requests, coordinate deliveries, manage stock levels, and help resolve billing issues while fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building supplies and applications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, and deliveries.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, credits, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing and availability information.
• Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve billing issues and back orders; assist with pricing lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
