Job summary

PA Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales reps. You will quote prices and provide product dimensions.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, generating sales calls, processing orders and paperwork, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock, and building strong customer relationships while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years in building material industry preferred.
• 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on product selection, orders, prices, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, credits, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Develop professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
