Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florida (Juno Beach) to perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems under supervision. The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining maintenance schedules, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across common areas.

Responsibilities include handling emergency repairs, following safety procedures, and using the KWPMC system to log work orders.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work.
• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors/contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance scope.
• Maintain a maintenance schedule and track next service due dates.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems (AC, boilers).
• Inspect common areas to ensure cleanliness and appealing condition.
• Complete all required forms and work orders in KWPMC system.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
