Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with building operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Comply with codes and company safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operations.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and unexpected repairs.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal.
• Explain complex information to stakeholders.
