Job summary

Valcourt Group in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, and client communications.

This role requires leadership of field teams and coordination with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery across occupied

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of commercial construction or specialty contracting experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects in occupied commercial buildings, high-rise properties, multifamily properties, institutional facilities, and parking structures.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects from award through final completion.
• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple active construction projects and coordinate with superintendents and foremen.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost control; review job-cost reports and forecasts.
• Identify scope changes, prepare change-order pricing, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and client requirements; manage project closeout and warranties.
