Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and building envelope projects across Florida. You will manage operations from award through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality while coordinating with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, with building envelope restoration, waterproofing, or concrete repair.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience with building envelope restoration, façade repair, concrete restoration, waterproofing, masonry restoration, or structural rehabilitation.
  • Experience managing occupied facilities, high-rise structures, or coastal restoration projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage building envelope restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, and façade rehabilitation projects from award through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintain project documentation, billing, collections, and reporting.
  • Lead procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Support field operations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Review submittals, schedules, shop drawings, and project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of restoration and building envelope projects across Florida. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing project operations from contract award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires regular interaction with clients, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of project financial performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong financial performance.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida as required.
