HDR is seeking a BES Business Group Data Steward to lead data governance, definitions, and reuse across BES disciplines. This leadership role coordinates SME experts and technical authorities to enable consistent data practices and better project delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, alignment with enterprise strategy, and empowering teams to reuse data confidently across HDR projects and time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Architecture Engineering industry.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing data-centric solutions.
• Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into clear guidance and training.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish repeatable data practices across the BES Business Group by coordinating subject matter experts and technical authorities.
• Define technical standards and data definitions for key engineering terms to support data models, reporting, automation, and AI use cases.
• Promote data fluency and governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy and BES priorities.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards and tools across BES BG and across projects.
