Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimise system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
