Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred; other licenses as required by local/state jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and handling.
• Review building systems to ensure operation aligns with design specifications.
