ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Mobile, AL. You will support building enclosure consulting projects through a combination of field investigations, testing, technical analysis, and report preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• Knowledge of building science, building enclosure systems, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform building science & infrastructure related testing, inspections, and consulting services.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings, figures, and site plans; assist with drafting or CAD work when needed.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing observations, testing results, and recommendations.
