Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or BAS Controls industry.
• 1+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or BAS Controls industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with building owners and engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and drive regional growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Lead the bid process, including responses and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Service for feasible solutions.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution.
