Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooperative purchasing agreements and LEED requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Review specifications, drawings, equipment, and job conditions to determine project scope.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with assigned accounts and prospects.

Skills

Working knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with HVAC-R, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems

Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships

Education

Associate degree in HVAC-R, Mechanical Systems, or Electrical disciplines
