Harris is seeking a Building Automation Project Sales Representative in Bowie, MD to drive revenue through targeted sales of BAS solutions. You will develop scopes of work, prepare project estimates, and present solutions that align with customer goals while managing relationships with existing clients and vendors.

Responsibilities include leading front-end planning, building ROI-driven proposals, and consistently pursuing new opportunities while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of BAS and HVAC, understanding how components work together.
• Ability to analyze building energy usage and identify inefficiencies.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and jobsite conditions.
• Balance technical performance with customer budgets and ROI expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling BAS solutions to new and existing clients.
• Own front-end planning by developing scopes of work for projects.
• Build detailed project estimates including sizing, quantities, labor, and materials.
• Maintain Harris CRM to keep pipeline clean and actionable.
• Lead consultative solution presentations that differentiate Harris from competitors.
• Nurture long-term relationships with customers and vendors.
