Qualifications

• 4+ years of knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical components.
• 2+ years of experience in customer relationship development/maintenance.
• Ability to prepare financial justifications for solutions, including energy savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue from sales activities to clients.
• Manage existing customer relationships and prospecting.
• Create customized building automation solutions for clients.
