ABC-Window-Systems in Riverside, CA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative. This B2B role emphasizes growing our builder network, maintaining current accounts, and meeting with decision-makers at job sites and offices to present bids.

You will prospect new homebuilders, follow up on opportunities, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate bids and timely delivery. A California driver's license and 2+ years in field sales are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience in windows, doors, or building materials.
• Strong ability to prospect and develop new business, not just manage existing accounts.
• Existing relationships within homebuilder/developer community valued.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and visit new residential and production home builders to generate bid opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing builder accounts, staying ahead of upcoming projects.
• Meet with purchasing managers, project managers, and construction leads at job sites, model homes, and builder offices.
• Work to get bids submitted and awarded on both new and existing projects.
• Manage account activity, pipeline, and communications using internal platforms and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate bids, timely follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new builder developments in the region.
