Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential mortgage industry experience.
• SC Mortgage Loan Originator license is required.
• Located within a commutable distance to Greenville, SC.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builders and customers.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Proficient in Conventional, FHA, and VA loan guidelines.
• Strong technology skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the builder partner and visit communities regularly.
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Gather required information through clear and timely communication.
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
