Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience
• TN Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Nashville, TN
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication across audiences

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
• Navigate borrowers through the mortgage process
• Gather required information through clear and timely communication
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations
• Meet sales goals and objectives
