DRB Mortgage in Orlando, FL is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to build relationships with builder partners and manage a dynamic pipeline. This full-time role involves meeting customers, assessing financial needs, and guiding them through the mortgage process from application to closing.

The MLO will work with a builder-backed pipeline, participate in regular status meetings, and strive to achieve sales goals while maintaining high loan quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years residential mortgage industry experience
• SC Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Charleston, SC
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Strong technology skills; experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
• Navigate borrowers through mortgage process
• Help gather required information through clear and timely communication
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations
• Meet sales goals and objectives
