Job summary

DRB Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to join our Orlando, FL team and support a builder-partnered pipeline. You will visit communities and work closely with builders to create a steady flow of loan opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in residential mortgage, an active SC MLO license, and the ability to operate within commutable distance to Greenville, SC. You will manage customer interviews, determine needs, and guide applicants through the loan process

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience.
• SC Mortgage Loan Originator license is required.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Greenville, SC.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, across a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Strong technology skills; related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
• Navigate borrowers through mortgage process
• Help gather required information through clear and timely communication
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations
