Job summary

DRB Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to expand relationships with builders and manage a pipeline of Atlanta-area loans. The role focuses on guiding customers through the mortgage journey, presenting suitable loan products, and ensuring timely, compliant closings.

The MLO will work with builder accounts and self-source opportunities, traveling to communities and attending regular pipeline reviews. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years residential mortgage industry experience.
• GA Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA.
• Ability to establish relationships with builders and customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly.
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Gather required information with clear and timely communication.
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Meet sales goals and objectives.
