Job summary

DRB Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to build and maintain builder-partner relationships and visit communities regularly in the Raleigh area. You will interview customers, advise on loan products, navigate the mortgage process, and ensure high loan quality while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

3–5 years residential mortgage industry experience.
NC Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
Located within a commutable distance to Raleigh, NC.
Ability to communicate clearly with builder partners and customers.
Proficient in Conventional, FHA, and VA loan guidelines.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly.
Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing.
Navigate borrowers through mortgage process.
Help gather required information through clear and timely communication.
Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Meet sales goals and objectives.
