Job summary

DRB Mortgage is seeking a focused Mortgage Loan Originator to build builder relationships and manage client interviews from initial contact to closing. You will travel to communities in the Raleigh, NC area and participate in regular pipeline meetings to ensure smooth closings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years residential mortgage industry experience
• NC Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Ability to self-source and build builder relationships

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms and pricing
• Navigate borrowers through the mortgage process and gather information
• Maintain high loan quality standards and compliance with regulations
