Job summary

DRB Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to build relationships with builders and visit communities in the Atlanta area while managing the pipeline and guiding clients through the mortgage process.

The role requires 3–5 years of residential mortgage experience, a GA MLO license, and strong communication skills to liaise with builders and borrowers. Expect adherence to regulations and achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience.
• GA Mortgage Loan Originator license required.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Strong technology skills; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builder partner and visit communities regularly.
• Participate in weekly pipeline status meetings.
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through mortgage process.
• Help gather required information through clear and timely communication.
• Maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Meet sales goals and objectives.
