Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Alaska is seeking a Kitchen/Line Cook helper to support the dining operations for employees, crew, and customers. You will prepare food under the guidance of the Head Cook and learn the different galley roles while maintaining a clean, safe cooking area.

The position requires Food Handler’s card within 30 days of employment and a HS diploma or equivalent is preferred. You will perform food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation under the guidance of Head Cook.
• Demonstrate flexibility and learn the different galley roles under supervision.
• Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.
• Performs routine deep cleaning of cooking area.
• Washes dishes and cookware, cleans tables and floors, empties trash.
