Tetr is seeking a hands-on LATAM Partnerships Lead to build and sustain partnerships across Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay. You will source partners, design engagements, and ensure value for both companies and our students.

You will own five areas: partner acquisition, engagements, Buenos Aires term industry program, partner experience, and pipeline reporting, while collaborating with global teams in time zones and ensuring compliance and impact.

Competenze

• 4–5+ years in B2B partnerships or business development.
• Experience with LATAM markets and regional partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to close partners and manage engagements.
• Strong writing and presenting to founders and executives.
• Based in Buenos Aires or eligible to relocate.
• Professional Spanish and English proficiency.
