Job description

Five years ago, we started Masters’ Union; our vision: to redefine the landscape of business education. We posed a simple question: If aspiring doctors learn from seasoned physicians and budding lawyers learn from legal experts, why shouldn't future business leaders learn directly from industry experts?

After all, can a lecture on Accounting 101 truly compare to the hands-on experience of analyzing real PnL statements?

Today, Masters' Union has an unparalleled curriculum with faculty comprising Industry Leaders and practitioners unlike any other in the country. Our academic council includes CXOs, MDs, Eminent Public Leaders, and even Members of Parliament. In just four years of operations, our flagship PGP in Technology and Business Management has achieved remarkable success, surpassing the placement records of esteemed institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and ISB.

Masters’Union is now ranked among the top 2 B-schools in the country based on placement records.

With our growing global recognition, we realized that the hands-on experience of building real businesses, which proved to be highly effective for students in India, could offer immense value to aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide.

Thus, the idea of Tetr was born.

Picture this: a business program that isn't just about textbooks and lectures—it's an adventure that spans 7 different countries, with each semester bringing a new destination and a wealth of experience. Imagine studying at iconic institutions like INSEAD, NUS, SDA Bocconi, and IIT and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business world like Dr. Edward Rogers (Former Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA), Mr. Faverie Stephane (Executive Group President, Estee Lauder) and Mr. Saud Swar (CBO, American Express, MENA). From launching eCommerce ventures in Dubai to tackling tech startups in Silicon Valley, our students traverse the globe, building businesses and making a tangible impact. At Tetr, the world is your classroom.

If this excites you, and you resonate with our vision, then we’d love for you to come and build with us.

About this role

You know Latin America's business ecosystem and can turn a first conversation into a working partnership. We needs someone on the ground in Buenos Aires to make Latin America a lasting source of partners, projects and talent opportunities.

Every cohort spends a term in Buenos Aires. That term should leave students with real company relationships, not just company visits. Beyond the term, LATAM companies can hire Tetr students as interns and graduates, and students from the region want strong routes home.

You will be Tetr's face to companies across Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay. You will sign partners, design engagements with them, and make sure each one delivers for both the company and our students.

Running full partnership cycle for the region:

This is a hands-on role. You will source and close partners yourself, and run their engagements with students on the ground.

Specifically, this role will involve

Will own five areas, each measured by partners won and value delivered to students and companies.

1. LATAM partner acquisition
  • Map the regional ecosystem: startups and scale-ups, tech and fintech companies, consumer brands, VC funds, family businesses, and regional offices of global firms.
  • Build and work a target account list across Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay.
  • Reach founders, CXOs, CHROs and talent leaders through outbound, referrals and events.
  • Tap ecosystem networks: chambers of commerce, accelerators, VC communities and industry associations.
  • Run discovery calls, shape proposals, and close partnership agreements.
2. Partner engagements and student opportunities
  • Turn each partner into concrete engagements: internships, early-career roles, live consulting projects, CXO sessions and sponsored challenges.
  • Source in-term and final-term internships with LATAM companies.
  • Build routes for students from the region to return to roles in their home markets.
  • Use Tetr's partner tiers and engagement formats, and feed back what LATAM partners need from them.
3. Buenos Aires term industry programme
  • Plan and run the industry layer of each Buenos Aires term: company visits, guest sessions, CXO shadowing and live projects.
  • Work with Academics so the term's venture work connects with real companies and mentors.
  • Recruit local mentors and judges for student ventures.
  • Manage on-the-ground logistics and partner coordination during the term.
4. Partner experience and account management
  • Be the single point of contact for LATAM partners, from briefs and timelines to follow-through.
  • Work with Career Coaching so candidates and project teams shared with partners are well prepared.
  • Collect feedback after every engagement, report value delivered, and secure the next commitment.
  • Work with Student Services and Legal on internship agreements, work authorization and local compliance in each country.
5. Pipeline, reporting and coordination
  • Keep the CRM accurate: every account, conversation and opportunity logged.
  • Report weekly pipeline and monthly outcomes to the Head – Industry Partnerships.
  • Work across time zones with Career Labs teams in Gurgaon and other term locations.
  • Share LATAM market insight that shapes Tetr's wider partnerships strategy
Ideal Candidate will have
  • 4–5+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, account management, corporate relations or university–industry partnerships.
  • At least 2 years working with companies in Latin America, ideally across more than one country.
  • A track record of closing new partners or clients and keeping them engaged.
  • Experience running programmes or events with external stakeholders.
  • A network across startups, tech, fintech, consumer or VC in the region.
  • Based in Buenos Aires, or willing to relocate, with the right to work in Argentina.
Skills -
  • Spanish and English at full professional level; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Consultative selling: you understand what a company needs and shape an engagement around it.
  • Strong execution: you run several partners, projects and events at once without dropping details.
  • Clear writing and confident presenting with founders, executives and students.
  • CRM discipline and comfort with data.
  • Comfort working with a global team across time zones, including overlap hours with India.
Good to have
  • Experience in higher education, edtech or early-career talent.
  • Knowledge of internship and work-authorization rules across LATAM countries.
  • Experience at a startup or fast-growing organisation
