Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for our Buckhead Autograph Hotel, a 201-room luxury property onsite in Buckhead, Georgia. This role leads front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and exemplary guest service for discerning travelers who value curated experiences.

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee reservations, check-in/out, and guest interactions while upholding our standards of service, confidentiality, and safety.

Competenze

• Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Excellent people skills to supervise staff.

Mansioni

• Train and monitor front desk staff.
• Assist with reservations, check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain friendly and professional guest interactions over phone and in person.
• Coordinate with guests from arrival through departure, including wake-up calls and special requests.
• Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms and keys.
• Communicate with management through reports and guest feedback.
• Support with group blocking and special requests.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain property safety and assist client tours.
• Maximize revenues through sales and outstanding service.
• Develop knowledge of rates, amenities, and local attractions.
