Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert for our Benefit brand in California. You will engage guests, perform brow and facial services, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests and personalize service, recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Provide Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing, tinting, threading, etc., per policy.
• Schedule guest appointments using the store system for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain attendance and stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
