Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales for the Benefit brand while delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license, strong product knowledge, and the ability to perform waxing, tinting, and makeup applications on guests.

You will greet guests, tailor services to their needs, build an active clientele, and participate in in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book guests’ appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Support Experience Manager and collaborate with store teams.
