Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting, threading, and lash applications.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events using the appointment system.
• Maintain Brow Bar area cleanliness, stock, and hygiene compliance.
