Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert responsible for maximizing Benefit brand sales and delivering exceptional guest service through makeup applications, waxing, and in-store beauty services.

The role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license where required by state law and a customer-focused mindset. As part of Ulta Beauty’s team, you will participate in trainings, maintain the Brow Bar, and collaborate with store colleagues to drive performance while upholding brand standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with personalized care.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Be familiar with safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures and state guidelines.
• Maintain Brow Bar area and merchandise signage to ensure readiness.
