Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales of the Benefit brand by engaging guests and performing brow and facial services in-store. The role supports the Experience Manager with a focus on service, guest relations, and compliant store operations.

Licensure in Esthetics or Cosmetology is required by law in some states. The position requires flexible scheduling, ongoing brand trainings, and strong customer relationship skills to promote guest loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application and brow/face services.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess needs, and drive sales through product recommendations.
• Perform Brow Bar services (waxing, tinting, lash applications) and demos.
• Book appointments and manage in-store events.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand policies.
