Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service in the Brow Bar.

You will perform waxing, tinting, and makeup demonstrations, guiding guests to the right services and products while maintaining brand standards. The role requires an active esthetics or cosme­tology license as required by state law, strong guest focus, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup applications and brow services preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize services, and recommend products.
• Perform brow services including waxing, tinting, and threading following policies.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the Brow Bar area.
