Qualifications

• Must have active cosmetology or esthetics license as required by law.
• Experience applying makeup and performing eyebrow/facial waxing and tinting preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash applications following policies.
• Book and manage guest appointments and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
