Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests and performing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and lash applications. You will greet guests, assess needs, and demonstrate products to drive sales while upkeeping brand standards.

The role requires a Cosmetology or Esthetics license where required by state law, a strong guest-service mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law dictates.
• Experience in makeup application, waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Strong sales, service orientation, and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book appointments, maintain Brow Bar area, and ensure hygiene and brand standards.
