Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize sales for the Benefit brand while delivering exceptional guest service. This role performs eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, and related services, and supports the Experience Manager with in-store events and daily operations.

The position requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law, a passion for beauty, and the ability to build strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing and tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed brand sales and service goals for Benefit and Ulta Beauty.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow and facial waxing, tinting, and related services at the Brow Bar.
• Book appointments and maintain high guest service standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation and brand procedures; keep areas clean and stocked.
