Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Brookline to oversee kitchen operations and uphold top-tier food quality and service. You will lead the team through opening, prep, and closing tasks, coordinating with chef leadership to ensure excellence across all shifts.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours with a base pay of $21.50 per hour and an overnight premium of $2.00 per hour during eligible hours. Benefits include health insurance, a 401K plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure guests receive high-quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and remains in working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Ensure operating and quality standards are met.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
