Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Chelmsford, MA to oversee kitchen operations, uphold quality, and provide excellent service. The role includes directing opening, prep, and closing duties while coordinating with leadership to maintain inventory and costs.

The position offers a base pay of $21.50 per hour with an additional $2.00/hour premium for overnight hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. It is a full-time & part-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising or leading team members in a quick-service or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure top quality service for guests.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
