Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Burlington to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain high levels of service. You will lead opening, prep, and closing duties and collaborate with the chef leadership team to manage orders and deliveries.

The role requires 1+ year of supervision in a fast-paced restaurant, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and sanitation. Overnight shifts include a $2 premium and the position can be full- or part-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
