Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Stamford to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead a restaurant team across shifts, coordinate with chef leadership, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in QSR or full-service restaurants, with strong communication and teamwork. Overnight shifts include a $2 premium and a wellness-focused environment with growth

Qualifications

• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and functioning.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff.
• Meet operating and quality standards consistently.

• Participate in training and development for staff.
