Wonder in Brookline is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food and service for guests. You will lead opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinate with chefs, and ensure safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

In this role you will train and coach team members, manage stock and ordering, and uphold Wonder's standards of professionalism and inclusivity while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and drive for efficiency.
• Professional demeanor and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in full working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Provide professional leadership and participate in training and coaching.
