Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Cranston to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top‑notch food quality and service for customers. The role supports overnight operations with shifts typically from late evening to early morning and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 overnight premium where applicable.

Position is offered as Full‑time and Part‑time with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, HSA contributions, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full‑service restaurant
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure top quality service
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back‑of‑house areas
• Monitor kitchen operational costs and follow budget guidelines
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in good order
• Brief front and back‑of‑house staff pre/post service
• Meet operating and quality standards and present professional leadership
