Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Bronx, NY is seeking a Service Administrator to act as the initial customer contact, manage quotes and repair plans, and ensure accurate invoicing and warranties. This on-site role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills in a fast-paced environment.

Bi-weekly on-call, union atmosphere, and a Monday–Friday schedule with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Relocation assistance available; reports to Bronx, NY office daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Prior service, repair, or warranty experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Ability to obtain technical issue information and use available resources.
• Experience in estimate building and selling add-on services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for customers to provide quality service and promote branch business.
• Identify customer needs, provide quotes, develop repair plans, and update customers on repairs.
• Review and create work orders for accurate invoicing and warranties.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
