The role coordinates with Marketing, Research, and Finance, manages content timelines, and ensures timely deliverables while maintaining client service standards.

Responsibilities include CRM maintenance, creating marketing collateral, organizing transaction documents, preparing expense reports, and scheduling meetings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance preferred).
• Administrative experience for executive-level professionals preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; InDesign/Photoshop and Salesforce a plus.
