Cushman & Wakefield in Austin, TX is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to support fee-earners with pitches, proposals, and transaction administration. The role collaborates with Marketing, Research, and Financial Analysts to ensure timely deliverables and accurate content.

Responsibilities include managing CRM, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing deal documents, and handling expense reports to support fee-earners. A degree and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience.
• Administrative experience for executive level professional preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Salesforce a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pitch and proposal coordination and content management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Financial Analysts for fee-earner needs.
• Populate market documents such as tour books, property flyers, and brochures.
