Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Account Executive for the Broker Channel in the San Jose/South Bay area. You will develop relationships with Insurance Brokers, drive new pipeline via referrals, and manage revenue forecasts in Salesforce.

You’ll lead concise calls and product demos, close deals, and maintain top-tier performance while partnering with Customer Success for a smooth handoff to customers. This role emphasizes high-velocity and strategic selling, with an uncapped OTE, a 60/40 base/variable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, SaaS/B2B.
• Proven track record in top sales performance.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and build relationships with Insurance Brokers.
• Build pipeline of opportunities through broker referrals.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue.
• Run sales calls with short deck and product demos.
• Close business and meet/quota attainment.
• Become a product expert across the platform and understand competitors.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding.
